Synopsis:
- Definition of key business drivers applying to a road transport operation ($ per km, $ per driver hour, etc.)
- Definition of key operational management measures (loaded running, percentages, dispatch timings, etc.)
- Integration of all costs and activities into an operational model to simulate tasks and associated earnings
- Presentation of detailed schedule of calculated rates to enable work to be tendered for competitively and promptly
- Ongoing close involvement with maintaining and interpreting the model in light of actual operating results
- Integration of modern GPS technology with productivity management system for the distribution of product.
