Client: Forestry logistics company

Synopsis: Web-based offshore recruitment strategy targeting Scotland. Development of website followed by placement of classified ad in identified blue-collar daily, inviting enquiry by letter or email to site. Site selling attraction of NZ generally, the Bay of Plenty specifically, with bonus add-on of local tourism footage. Follow-up by postage to screened applicants of company video, local newspapers etc. Immigration process pursued and expedited. Six Scottish drivers and their families move to NZ, at their own cost. Process repeatable in any selected country at the sole cost of one or two classified ads. Drivers and mechanics deemed not suitable for client passed onto TradeStaff.

  • Incorporation of current legalese
  • Creation of current and effective agreements which provide clear expectations of employment relationship

Synopsis:

  • Dispute resolution, mediation and Employer Advocacy Services
  • Representation of Employer rights within the context of Employment Agreements
  • Dealing with Union and individuals in pursuit of resolutions to employment problems
  • Development and implementation of disciplinary systems and procedures to minimise the costs and risks associated with poor dispute and/or disciplinary decisions
