Project: HOW TO ADD VALUE TO A LARGE AMOUNT OF OPERATIONAL DATA
IN ORDER TO MAKE SOUND BUSINESS DECISIONS AND "BRIDGE THE GAP" TO STANDARD
ACCOUNTING REPORTS

Synopsis:

  • Analysis of operational database covering jobs, deliveries, orders, costs, timesheets, fuel, customers, earnings and operating costs
  • Determining the most useful "benchmark" measures to report on and to what level (e.g., truck earnings and deliveries by day)
  • Applying automated reporting tools to the data "warehouse" to generate operational reports for measurement and management of the key measures
  • Maintaining and improving the delivery of business intelligence to the client as systems are upgraded and enhanced
